What to Expect Next

After completing form submission:

Within two (2) business days
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your project is officially underway, along with any thoughtful follow-up questions to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned.

Within five (5) business days
Your first round of custom design concepts will be delivered for your review.

Design Revisions
Complimentary revisions are included to refine your selected concept. We will collaborate closely to perfect wording, layout, and overall aesthetic.

Final Proof Approval
Once your design is finalized, you will receive a detailed digital proof for final approval. Production will begin only after written approval is received.

Printing & Delivery
After approval, printing timelines typically range from 4-6 weeks depending on the selected print method and finishes. You will be notified as soon as your suite is ready for shipment or pickup.

Investment & Billing

A detailed proposal outlining your selected suite components, print methods, quantities, and finishes will be provided alongside our initial design direction. We will ensure the initial proposal matches the budget you've listed in your submission. This will be revised when any revisions take place. 

Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure your project and initiate build after final design approval. Build will begin once the retainer is are received.

Final Balance
The remaining balance, including any approved additions or upgrades, is due prior to mail-outs.

Additional Revisions & Add-Ons
Any revisions during the design process (specialty finishes, quantity increases, or material upgrades) will be quoted and approved by client before proceeding.

Postage
Postage costs (including vintage or specialty postage, if selected) are invoiced separately unless otherwise noted in your proposal.
